Pickle Canning Workshop
Using fresh Ohio cucumbers and herbs, learn how to make crispy, tangy pickles. This hands-on class will cover the basics of vinegar pickling and safe water bath canning, as well as the history and science behind pickling. Participants will each take a jar of homemade pickles. Presented by local homestead owner Erin Wood. Preregistration required.
